Returns/Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days.  All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

%20 re-stocking fee applies on all returns on the item with the higher price.  For example, if your order consists of two items, one with a purchase price of $100, the other $75, the re-stocking fee charged will be $20.  The re-stocking fee is necessary to cover our labor costs associated with processing your order in and out of the warehouse and scheduling shipments.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.

Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured.  We can not accept C.O.D. shipments.
