Begin
specifying your staircase by selection the steel tread type. We
offer a simple curved tread support or a more decorative tread
support with an ivy leaf stencil cut out pattern.
Next, select
the baluster type and pattern arrangement. Typically, the leading
baluster that connects one tread to the next will be different from
the center balusters. You may have as many as three different
balusters working together to create a pattern. This truly gives you
a custom staircase look. Salter offers five different forged iron
baluster designs for your consideration.
Add a wooden handrail and matching wooden tread covers to the Forged
Iron Stair and you will create a beautiful staircase that will
enhance your home. For a more sophisticated look, select a brass
handrail with brass balusters and wooden treads.
Finally, matching balcony or well enclosure railing is available to
tie the complete package together.
