    Our partnership with a 50 year-old, three generation privately-held manufacturing company is the root of our quality. This plant buys Russian Birch logs and turns them into some of the cleanest, dove-tailed drawer bottoms and sides in the industry. After the initial kiln drying process, all of the work-in-process wood is kept in climate controlled chambers so not to pick up moisture. All of the furniture is received with 6-8% moisture content, fit for any market. Our inlay pieces are produced with automated laser cutting equipment, yielding a perfect fit and finish. The 15 step process of applying finishes created depth and luster to rival the finest brands.
